- 2 T nutritional yeast
- 2 T balsamic vinegar
- 1 T tamari
- 1 T dijon mustard
- 1 T lemon or lime juice
- 1 T maple syrup
- 1 tsp vegan tapenade (or a couple of olives)
Place all ingredients into a blender along with a little water, if desired, and blend until smooth.
