Chef AJ’s House Dressing

  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 T Dijon or stone ground mustard
  • 4 T low-sodium tamari or raw coconut aminos
  • 6 T fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 8 T nutritional yeast
  • 1 T maple syrup
 Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate any excess.
