All ingredients here are in ground form – if using any whole spices, pan-roast them first, then grind in a coffee grinder.
- 4 T paprika
- 1 T cayenne pepper (this is crazy spicy, which my partner & I like, but feel free to adjust this amount to your taste, or leave it out altogether for a kid-friendly version)
- 1/2 tsp salt (way less than the traditional amount)
- 1/2 tsp each of
- fenugreek
- ginger
- onion
- coriander
- cardamom
- garlic
- 1/8 tsp each of
- cloves
- cinnamon
Mix all the spices together and save in a glass jar.
